I had the chicken chorizo egg bites at 7am today and felt bad most of the day. As soon as I returned home, the nausea was so bad that I vomited water, bile, then dry heaved. The diarrhea started soon after the dry heaving stopped. My stomach is cramping so badly.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile
