Went on 10/17/2020 around close to closing time 8pm. I order a Pumpkin Spice Coffee Frappuccino Blended Beverage with cookie crumbs on top. As waiting for the beverage it was also longer than usual wait time. The members had no care knowledge of the the time frame…
