See Morethat just because something is labeled as plant based or organic, doesn't make it healthy for consumption. I found out that it's loaded with chemicals, processed soy (soy isn't really very healthy and can negatively effect hormones), very high in sodium and fat. Dear vegetarians and vegans, stop promoting this meatless alternative as healthy! Because it's really not and does more harm, than good for the majority. See Less”
