Chicken Causes Severe Illness

I got so sick one hour after eating 2 slices of Free From brand oven roasted chicken. I literally thought I was going to die, I passed out and felt from the toilet seat and ended up on the floor. I guess that's what made me sick, I don't it could the bread or the green salad I had with it.
