On April 18,2017 around 1pm I ate some prepared vegetable millstrome soup that I purchased from the hot foods section at stop and shop. Immediately within finishing the soup I began to feel nauseous. Fever, vomiting, cramps and diarrhea have been my symptoms for the past day and a half.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
