Had some pre-cooked chicken tenders from Stop and Shop. Trying to find receipt to notify store the exact item… started experiencing severe stomach pain an hour after consuming, and began continuously throwing up. Severe pain, nausea, vomiting, extremely distressing.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
