I ate half footlong chicken breast. The food poisoning was so bad I stayed up all night vomiting and had some diarrhea as well. Nothing would stay down so I vomited the water I drank and was severely dehydrated. I couldn’t get much sleep because of the pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
