Tuna sandwich, I order this last night for me and my boyfriend I had a chicken sandwich he got his usual tuna I woke up feeling fine however he has had severe diarrhea nausea and vomiting since 5am this morning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
