Got a Footlong Steak sandwich for my dad Monday night 10/18 and he’s been sick every since. Had to miss work the following day it was so severe. We’re wondering if the onions they used are the same ones the CDC just recalled due to Salmonella. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
