Lettuce Suspected in Illness

It seemed to me that the lettuce was Browning and my boyfriend and I had the same sandwich except his had jalapenos.. Just a few hours after he said he didn't feel good. He laid down and after an hour or so he threw up... Reports feeling weak and sick..  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
