Went to Subway on 2/23/19. Ordered a veggie sandwich about a hour later stomach pain and cramping, then vomiting, and diarrhea. Extremely painful stomach cramps. Only thing I ate today was a sandwich from Subway.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
