I went to Subway for my lunch break, and after a few hours I started to feel terribly sick. I thought I just might be hungry so I ate, and then I started throwing up and I have been throwing up all night long and have had terribly bad diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
