Burger Meal Causes Illness

Had a burger without pickles, passion fruit fizzy water, and fries. Symptoms started around 36 hours later, but I’m sure it was this; everything else I ate after that was shared with someone else who didn’t get sick.

Sisters Sick After Lunch

My wife and her sister ate there for lunch Wednesday afternoon. All meals since then have been shared with me and/or sister’s boyfriend. Wife and sister noticed being very sick Thursday around 11 pm. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, all leading to dehydration and cramps
