Had lunch there with my family on Monday. I ordered the Tiger Box Sushi, Tempura Udon, a side Salad and Mochi Ice Cream. No one else in my family got sick. I’m the only one who ordered and ate salad. It’s probably the salad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
