My whole family ate a variety of sushi for dinner, but my son and I were the only ones who had shrimp tempura. We have both been vomiting and had diarrhea over the past 24 hours. No one else has been sick. I haven’t been so sick since a bad mussel about 10 years ago…  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
