Salad Causes Salmonella, E. coli

Ate a build your own salad with mixed greens, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, apples, tofu, and caesar dressing. Same night starting having diarrhea and lasted for two days. Went to urgent care and got a stool sample where I tested positive for salmonella and E. coli.
