on my way home from work, stopped and ordered naked chicken Chalupa box. Tasted good.12:30am serious stomach pain, I puked, 10 mins later I'm pissing out of my butt. And back to serious stomach pain

Friends Sick After Nachos

I went there last night and got nachos, a hard shell Taco, and a naked chicken chalupa. And a few hours later I got super sick.
Then I found out my friend went to the same Taco Bell last night and got the nachos as well and he's been throwing up all night and morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
