Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, North Bridge Street, Chillicothe, OH, USA

Had taco bell late Sunday evening and by Tuesday morning I was in serious pain and got sick frequently. Symptoms starting to get better Thursday morning. Taco bell is the only food I didn't share with others within a few days of getting sick and I'm the only one sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
