My daughter had one crunchy taco with no lettuce. About 3 hours later she started coming profusely, then simultaneous diarrhea a couple hours later. It lasted 12 hours straight.

Ordered 'wild chicken chalupa' and honestly, just thinking of it makes me nauseous. Symptoms included an inability to regulate body temperature, dehydration, muscle cramps/soreness, and perceptual difficulties (blured vision, differences in taste).
