Taco Box Tummy Trouble

Had taco box, chalupa and tacos ? , I was alone. As soon as I left the restaurant and began driving. My stomach began to hurt. Later, excruciating, had to pull over. It developed into sweats, chills, diarrhea and cramping. I am still sitting in a parking lot as I can’t drive myself home.

Severe Dehydration from Tacos

I ate mexican pizza, hot taco sauce, and nacho cheese. Very bad and painful food poisoning that is causing me to miss work from my new job. I was so dehydrated needed to go to the hospital to get vitals back to normal.
