Last night About 30 minutes after I ate, I had severe stomach pains and nausea which led to diarrhea and lasted about 4 or 5 hours.

Taco Combo Causes Illness

I went to Taco Bell before I went to work & got 2 soft tacos & a slushee. I ate it & went about my day. When I got home I noticed I wasn’t feeling right. I just brushed it off. At maybe 1:00 a.m I’m throwing up several times. Now I’m having bad diarrhea & my head is killing me.

Quesadilla Combo Causes Illness

10:07 am I had the steak quesadilla and supreme crunchy taco #7 combo with Baja blast drink . I threw away receipt and packaging after I ate because I paid cash didn’t start getting sick till 5:30pm .
