I went to your taco bell around 11pm on Sunday Feb 5th and order the five dollar box with the 3 chulpuas and a raspberry slushy and within just now since 12 to 2 am I've been having non stop throwing up and derehha .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
