Chalupa Fever, Stomach Aches

I ate the 5 dollars box that included the chalupa, bean burrito, and a hard taco. The next day I started have symptoms of a fever. It is now Sunday and I have been sick dice Wednesday. I’ve also had really bad stomach aches since then.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
