Taco Night Gone Wrong

I ate one doritos locos taco with beef. Within half an hour later, I was sitting on the toilet while vomiting in a trash can, complete misery. After that went on for about 6+ hours, I finally went to the hospital.

Quesarito Fever & Vomiting

Ate a quesarito, a taco, and a burrito. Didn't eat anything else in that day. Few hours later was puking my guts out and had chills and a fever for the past 12 or so hours. Still feel like crap.
