This just happened. I went to tacobell 15 mim ago in Sanford by cookout. I ordered the chipotle grilled burrito and chicken mini casidilla and next thing I know I'm gagging while driving and threw up everything!

I ate the new loaded Taco Burrito at the Taco Bell in Sanford, NC. About an hour after eating had stomach pains then developed nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Symptoms lasted a few days.
