I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken quesadilla, soft beef taco, and a baha blast. 5 hours later I’m throwing up and I have diharrea, fever, and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
