I ate Taco Bell for lunch on Friday at 12 pm then at 10 pm the diarrhea and violent vomiting began . Fever and chills with bad headache and I ended up in the er where they put me on iv and pain meds and anti nausea . I'm still feeling horrible and Taco Bell is to blAme  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

My wife and I went to the Taco Bell on immokalee rd and Airport Pulling rd in Naples, FL. Last night for dinner. Was approximately 9:30ish pm. At 3am I woke up with some nausea, drank some water, used the bathroom (diarrhea) and went back to sleep.… See more
