My wife and I went to the Taco Bell on immokalee rd and Airport Pulling rd in Naples, FL. Last night for dinner. Was approximately 9:30ish pm. At 3am I woke up with some nausea, drank some water, used the bathroom (diarrhea) and went back to sleep. Woke up at 7:30am and while getting ready for work had to use bathroom again, went to work, had some water and crackers and at 11am had to use the bathroom again again at 2pm and now again at 4pm. Have experienced upset stomach all day and felt some nausea and slight urge to vomit at times. My wife has had upset stomach and a bit of nausea along with diarrhea all day as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
