I only ate one thing last night and it was this location of Taco Bell. I had a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito, Cheesy Beef Burrito, and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I have been vomiting and diarrhea all day long. I will never eat Taco Bell again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
