Had Taco Bell for lunch yesterday. Woke up around 3AM due to stomach pain and diarrhea. I went back to sleep after spending almost an hour in the bathroom, only to wake up 1 hour later to vomit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
