Woke up this morning throwing up, diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, fever and speech/vision issue
Ate a $5 nacho fries box including nacho fries, beefy 5 layer burrito, and Doritos locos taco  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
