I had taco bell last night 11/23/2018 around 10:30pm at the taco bell on 8th & New Hampshire. This morning I was throwing up and had diarrhea.

I ate Taco Bell yesterday evening and in the middle of the night I woke up feeling nauseous and started vomiting along with diarrhea and chills all through wee hours.I order a chicken soft taco shredded chicken quesadilla and nachos.As of right now Im still having vomiting diarrhea and chills.
