I ate on 6/13/2018 at Taco Bell. The free tacos that day. It had meat in it. Next morning onwards, I didn’t feel good. I have been throwing up, fever and diarrhea. It’s been4 days and fever is not going normal.

Chalupa & Nacho Illness

I ate a chalupa and a nacho supreme at 5pm, shortly after it was my cousins birthday and had a dinner at 930pm about 25 mins away. My stomach started hurting, became nauseas, and had to Uber back home. Now I am vomiting for 6 hours off and on. With a fever and cold sweats
