Ate a stacker and 2 tacos and a nacho, thought it was gas, and then threw up every single bite around midnight to 4 am. Parents knew it was a bug or virus, and they got me out of school for 2 days.

Chalupa Illness: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate at the Taco bell on Lehigh street in Allentown PA got sick within 5 hours after eating half a Chalupa before realzing the meat had a bad taste to it. Was sick all night in to the next day. My wife had also gotten sick with upset stomach and loose stool.
