Sunday after church 12 soft taco box. I thought I smelled vomit but dismissed it as cheese. It's day 3 threw up dry heave then poop every 15 min. Fever 103 I am so sick. It's them I ate nothing else.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
