Had taco bell the night before. I woke up in the middle of the night with heart burn and upset stomach. I ended up having really bad diarrhea and projectile vomited. I haven't been able to eat anything all day.

Ate at Taco Bell. Got smothered burrito and also had the cinnabon dessert. Woke up in middle of night with extreme diarrhea. Lasted over 3 days. Only other thing I had that day I ate the Taco Bell was a bagel...so it wasn't that. The nausea lasted…
