Had taco bell the night before. I woke up in the middle of the night with heart burn and upset stomach. I ended up having really bad diarrhea and projectile vomited. I haven't been able to eat anything all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at Taco Bell. Got smothered burrito and also had the cinnabon dessert. Woke up in middle of night with extreme diarrhea. Lasted over 3 days. Only other thing I had that day I ate the Taco Bell was a bagel...so it wasn't that. The nausea lasted… See more
