Severe Crunchwrap Illness

Thursday July 10th at 1pm I got a crunch wrap supreme. 4 hours later had stomach pain followed by severe stomach pain and vomiting for the next 10 hours. Still have symptoms 48 hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
