I got two Taco supremes and a nacho bell grande Saturday night. Was sick by 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Still sick.

Taco Combo Causes Illness

I had the Nacho Bell Grande and two taco supremes. I ate these items around 9:45pm on March 4th and became sick around 3am the following morning. I have had off and on stomach pains, though the vomiting has ceased.

Beef Quesorito Illness

The Taco Bell in Moore Oklahoma on 12th street. I ordered two beef qusoritos. Went home ate them and about 1-2 hours later started feeling nauseous and began vomiting. It's been about 10'hours since I ate them and I am still vomiting.
