Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC, USA

Shortly after consuming food from Taco Bell my stomach began to hurt. I was able to go to sleep eventually, but woke up after about 4 hours due to my stomach pain. Nausea persisted all day, and I started vomiting today around 7pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
