Nachos Induce Severe Illness

Violently ill within 4 hours of eating here. Ate Nachos Bell Grande (no beans or tomato), a bite of a Steak Quesadilla, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and a Caramel Apple Empanadas. Currently in 4th hour of sickness; it's MISERABLE! Have never felt this bad in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
