Taco Bell was the only thing I ate Saturday, ended up going to bed early as my body was in pain. Woke up 4am with vomiting and diarrhea, headache, nausea and dizziness. Went to the doctor later to confirm food borne illness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Body Ache
