Breakfast Burrito Causes Distress

I ordered a breakfast burrito around 10am. I didn't eat anything else that day. Stomach hurt about 6 hours after eating the burrito. Came home around 8pm and threw up the burrito. By the next morning I had watery diarrhea. On my second day of watery diarrhea and stomach upset.
