On Friday September 14 we went to Taco Bell between 6-6:30 pm and ordered a 12 taco, taco box. Within 3 hours After tacos had been consumed my son had started severely puking, been dizzy, nauseous, and had diarrhea. My daughter at the same time had been weak, nauseous, and had diarrhea as well. A few hours after my husband had these symptoms too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Weakness
