Now, I but this afternoon burrito here and I eat at 8 after I eat in 30ins I started do poo and vomiting until now the whole day I eat taco in the afternoon and dinner burrito in here I think I need to go to hospital I feel dehydrated  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Dehydration
