Nacho Fries Trigger Illness

I stopped and got a Nacho Fries Box meal on 4/20/2022. this was the first thing i'd eaten all day. About 30 min. after i ate i had the worst stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea i've had since my appendix ruptured back in 2020.
