10/23/2024 around 130pm mst., I ordered a nacho bell grande, burrito Supreme, steak quesadilla, crunchy taco, 1 large Pepsi and 1 Large Starry for myself and family. About two hours after consuming, nausea, diarrhea, weakness and stomach cramps set in.

Servere headache, severe vomiting, severe stomach pain, fatigue, weakness 34-36ish hours after I ate... still in pain on day four.

Ate taco bell Saturday evening. Felt ok minus the peeing out of my rectum, expect that but Monday I was wrecked. Couldn't eat drink achey body, continuous bathroom trips. Trying to stay hydrated and sleep it off.
