I ordered Mexican pizza via door dash from Taco Bell. It tasted like cleaning solution and very bitter. 12 hours later I still have a terrible taste in my mouth, extreme nausea and diarrhea. It was a late-night order and I wondered if they actually put something toxic in my food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
