I ate the shredded beef nachos around 5 pm. It's 3 am and I can't sleep due to uncomfortable stomach pains. I feel nauseous also.

Chicken Quesadilla Illness

Innocently got a chicken fajita quesadilla to go. It was quick, the food looked all slopped together, but I didn't think anything of it until the next day. I felt sick, threw up over ten times, couldn't hydrate because my body was rejecting even water.
