After 1-2 hrs after eating an el pastor burrito bowl I vomited and had watery diarrhea all day. I had chills and fever and after two hrs of nap I woke up only to vomit all the liquids (water, ion drink) in a projectile matter. Also had a freshly made mango juice that could be the culprit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
