I bought a chicken bowl around 3pm today. At 7pm I started to feel slight stomach. Then started to have really bad cramps, diarrhea, and chills. The bowl tasted a bit stale especially the rice. That was all I ate today so 100% it was the bowl.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Cramps
